Arrival and departure
- Check-in from 14.00 - Check-out until 10.00
- Should you arrive later than 7.00 pm, please let us know. We would also be pleased if you could let us know your approximate arrival time.
- Wednesday from 12 noon we offer our guests a self check-in.
- Weekly day off (Wednesday) from 12 noon
Rates, extra services and more information
- Our prices are per person and night including breakfast
- Standard double room for single use: subject to availability, price on request
- A local tourist tax of € 3.20 per person per night is charged for all persons aged 14 and over. This tax is not included in the total price of your stay and will be paid on site.
- Low-gluten and lactose-free meals possible. Surcharge € 5.00 per person per day.

Payment
- Payments in cash (up to the legal limit) or by bank transfer as well as all major EC or credit cards (except Diners and Amex) are preferred.

SWIFT/BIC: RZSBIT21238 - If you pay the total amount in cash on the day of arrival, we will grant you a 2% discount on the accommodation price. This only applies to direct bookings at the hotel.
- Deposit: The reservation is only binding once a deposit of 30% of the total amount has been received.

Room occupancy with 2 adults per room:

- 6-14 years -30

Pets
- PETS are not allowed
No smoking
- The entire house is a non-smoking zone. Please enjoy your cigarette outside.
Sauna area
- If you would like to use the sauna area, please let us know 30 minutes in advance (possible between 14:00-18:30)
- Cozy bathrobes included in the Junior Suite and Superior Panorama category
(€ 8.00 rental fee per stay in all other room categories)
Cancellation conditions & travel insurance
It's not so rare that things turn out differently than you think and the booked vacation has to be cancelled or prematurely interrupted. You have no right of withdrawal as defined by the Consumer Protection Code - however, we do grant you the following cancellation conditions:
- If you cancel up to 28 days before the start of your vacation, we will charge a processing fee of 50.00 euros per booked room; we will be happy to credit the difference in the deposit payment to your next stay.
- If you cancel up to 7 days before the start of your vacation, we will charge 70% of the package price.
- In the event of cancellation within the last 7 days before the start of the vacation, no-show, late arrival or early departure, the package price for the entire booked period will be charged.
Important: these cancellation conditions apply regardless of whether the canceled rooms are re-let in whole or in part.
Travel cancellation insurance by HanseMerkur Reiseversicherung
There are a variety of reasons why a hotel booking may need to be cancelled, from illness to a family emergency. We therefore recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance with HanseMerkur Reiseversicherung, which covers any cancellation expenses in the event of cancellation, late arrival or early departure.
Please remember to take out insurance at the time of booking, or within 3 working days of booking (Monday-Saturday) at the latest. If taken out later, the insurance will only cover events occurring from the 10th day afterwards (qualifying period).
