Where is Hotel Stauder located in Toblach/Dobbiaco?
Quiet, yet close to everything: about a 5-minute walk to the town center.

Arriving by train: do you offer a shuttle?
Yes! We offer a free pick-up from Toblach/Dobbiaco train station - 6 days a week (except Wednesdays). Please let us know your arrival time in advance.

What is the South Tyrol Guest Pass?
The South Tyrol Guest Pass is included and allows you to use many public transport services in South Tyrol.

Can you email the Guest Pass before arrival?
Yes - if you arrive by train, we can send it in advance on request (with pre-check-in details).

Do you have parking at the hotel?
Yes, free outdoor (uncovered) parking right at the hotel.

What time is check-in?
Check-in is from 2:30 pm.

What time is check-out?
Check-out is by 10:00 am.

Can I arrive later in the evening?
Yes, up to 8:00 pm. Please let us know if you arrive after that time.

How many rooms do you have?
20 rooms total: 10 double rooms, 8 junior suites and 2 single rooms.

Is breakfast included?
Yes - a hearty breakfast is always included.

Do you offer dinner?
Yes - with the freedom to choose: 6 nights a week (except Wednesdays) you can enjoy à la carte dinner in our Bistro Alpino. We do not offer classic half board.

Do I need to reserve dinner?
We recommend it! Please let us know by 5:00 pm whether (and what) you’d like to eat.

Why is there no dinner on Wednesdays?
Our team has Wednesday evening off. We’re happy to recommend nearby restaurants.
Wellness & sauna

Do you have a wellness area?
Yes! Finnish sauna, steam bath, whirlpool and a relaxation area - included.

How does the sauna work? Do I need to book it?
The sauna is available daily 2:00-6:30 pm. Please let us know at least 30 minutes in advance, so everything is nicely warm.

Are towels provided in the wellness area?
Yes, towels are provided free of charge. Please bring your own slippers.

Yes, free Wi-Fi throughout the hotel.

Is there a lift?
Yes! The lift goes up to the 2nd floor. The 3rd floor is accessed via two flights of stairs.

Yes - secure bike storage and e-bike charging are available.

Can I rent bikes or e-bikes from you?
Yes! We rent e-MTBs and one e-gravel bike (fee applies). We also have a few classic touring bikes you can borrow free of charge (subject to availability).

What can you do in winter in Toblach/Dobbiaco?
Cross-country skiing, winter walks, snowshoe tours and ski touring - Toblach/Dobbiaco is a great base. And if you prefer downhill skiing: we’re conveniently located for Helm, Kronplatz and even Cortina - giving you the freedom to plan each day your way.

Do you have a ski room / boot dryer?
Yes - in winter we offer ski storage with a boot dryer.

Can I buy cross-country ski passes at the hotel?
Yes - weekly passes for Dolomiti NordicSki and 3 Zinnen Dolomites at reception (no daily tickets).

Skipass service - can you help us with ski passes?
Yes! On our website you’ll find the Skipass service link - you can conveniently buy your Skipass online via Dolomiti Superski. This way you’re quickly ready to hit the slopes.

Small dogs are welcome on request (selected categories only). € 30 per stay.

We’re a small, quiet hotel for couples and active travelers. No kids’ entertainment - perfect if you’re looking for a calm stay.
