In 1974, my parents fulfilled their dream and opened the Hotel Stauder. They ran the hotel with a lot of love, passion and dedication and it soon became a place where guests felt at home. 

In 2003, we, Christina and Christian, took over the hotel and have been running it with the same enthusiasm and joy ever since.

Now, after many wonderful years – during which we welcomed numerous guests and friends – we have decided to take a new path. Since the winter of 2024–2025, we have been welcoming you in a new, lighter way: Everything you love remains – but more conscious, more casual, and with an even greater space for relaxation.

With 20 double rooms, Stauder intentionally keeps things small - and that’s exactly what gives our hotel its charm, with rooms that are modern, yet warmly alpine.
