We love breakfast - do you? It's the most important meal of the day, and you can taste it here.

Start your day with a special breakfast experience. Look forward to a collection of regional delicacies, packaging-free and sustainable. Cheese from the Drei Zinnen cheese dairy in Dobbiaco, fresh honey, vegetarian spreads and much more.

Complemented by hot dishes and creative extras such as our nut butter machine, your morning with us will be a moment of pleasure.

Whether it's relaxed conversations in the bar or quiet moments in a cozy reading corner - you'll always find the right place with us. In the afternoon we spoil you with coffee and homemade cakes.

A glass of wine or an aperitif to toast in the bar - and when it gets later in the evening, our Honesty Bar is open for you with selected self-service drinks.

Simply good food

Twice a week we offer a delicious 4-course DELIGHT menu - as usual, served in the wonderful and loving Stauder atmosphere. We prefer to spoil you with local and seasonal delicacies.

From 18:00 to 19:30, we invite you to enjoy a fine selection of small delicacies from South Tyrol. Our regional dishes, whether hot or cold, are ideal for a relaxing end to the day or as an enjoyable snack.
