We love breakfast - do you? It's the most important meal of the day, and you can taste it here.

Look forward to a collection of regional delicacies, many of them homemade: cheese from the Drei Zinnen cheese dairy in Dobbiaco, fresh honey, vegetarian spreads and much more.

We also offer a breakfast menu with hot dishes and a nut butter machine that makes breakfast an experience.

Whether it's relaxed conversations in the bar or quiet moments in a cozy reading corner - you'll always find the right place with us. In the afternoon we spoil you with coffee and homemade cakes.

A glass of wine or an aperitif to toast in the bar - and when it gets later in the evening, our Honesty Bar is open for you with selected self-service drinks.

Twice a week we offer a delicious 4-course DELIGHT menu - as usual, served in the wonderful and loving Stauder atmosphere.

We prefer to spoil you with local and seasonal delicacies.

4 times a week from 17:00 to 19:30 we offer you a fine selection of hot & cold regional snacks & tapas. These regional delicacies are perfect for a relaxed end to the day or to enjoy as a snack between meals.
